My Future Isn't Seen With Eyes Just Staring at the Wall

The night was long awaited…
The night when I would see my future's way…
I thought, I dreamt, I hoped and waited
And finally there came the day…

The papers folded rested on a plate
Until the fire slowly but with passion
Devoured through the pages of my fate
Leaving but only shrived ashes

The candle showed a certain path
The wall projected but a feeling…
Anticipation held my breath
To concentrate on the true meaning

And after turning plate around In circles, looking deep
Trying to catch a glimpse of how
My future will proceed
I noticed something….
Not a house, not fish, or crown or dog
It wasn't anything at all Just shadows on the wall!

And only then I realized
The meaning of it all
My future isn't seen with eyes
Just staring at the wall!

My future is an open field
It's solely up to me
To all the castles I will build
I hold the magic key!

I do not need a psychic's help
To guide me though my life
I should however, trust my self
And I will learn to strive!

I have the power of Divine
That's flowing in my veins
I am the one to write my lines
And will, starting today!
