My Father

What can I say about my Dad?
He is by far the best there could be.
He is kind, hardworking, and certainly stubborn.
I think he does his best to purposely irritate me!

I have alway's needed and wanted my Dad's love.
His unconditional approval and support in every way.
Have I gotten it all the time; I'm not really sure?
But I believe he love's me more than even he can say.

You see my Dad is a complicated man.
But possesses the qualities most important in life.
I know at this stage he will never change.
So I'll keep pushing until he gets things right!

Don't misunderstand; my feelings for my Dad are strong.
He is my hero; I love him more than he knows for sure.
Although he doesn't say so or show it all the time.
I know he loves me; and I know I am right more and more.
