My Father

While I was just a boy or lad
I learned so many things from my Daddy
Then one day when I was so much older
And in my teenage days of living in this life
That I even learned some more from him

Then one day as my father did pass on
And to Heavens waiting loving gates
I became more of a man over-nite at age 17
As I then I became the man of the house
Just the way my father would of wanted it to be.....
