My Fate

I'm weary of life, so weary of fate.
So tired of problems continually faced to my face.
Why did it Happen?
Why is it So?
Useless questions flitter in the expanse of unknown.

To me, it seems, that such is my lot
to carry a burden so heavy and hot.
But carry I shall, I will not fall,
For I know in myself there is something all
Powerful and omnipresent that will never stop.
Through sleek and snow and woe, the almighty reigns go
forward like unceasing waves pounding at the precious pristine shores
of ever morphing and malleable Destiny.

To the Driving force behind our beings,
To the Invisible strings wrapped about our teetering lives,
To the imperceptible hand of Divine Decree,
I know you are there!

Give me change and growth,
But most importantly hope
So that I may elope
To the promises Life holds.
