MOTORHEART (pt2)

pistons gears and hinges
have become of my once so
sensitive bloody mass of muscle
that lay in my ribcage.
it fell
twice
once for an angel
once for a machine
I couldn't tell you which one
I'd rather live my life with more
but neither one I could truly have
my heart is made of machinery
its made that decision so difficult
