Morning dew
As I walk in the field I see drops of water
sparkling there on the tree leaves
some falling off towards the surface
which I am touching with my feet
the grass makes my shoes wet
but I don't care
I am enjoying the freshness
and the early sun
I walk along a ditch
were fish are swimming
and on a lily leave
there sits a frog
quacking an outstanding ballad
for me who just observes
but as I pass by
it sudden stops
displeased and on his guard
it takes a high jump
disappearing into the water
Further on in the field behind a farmers fence
some cattle graze and others low
new born calves sucking their mothers teats
getting proteins which are of need
to see all this beauty makes me feel privileged
and slowly I'm turning back
grateful and filled up with energy
to start this day well
