moment

Be in the moment all day and night,
if you do your in for a fright,
its a little weird at first,
but when you do its an energy burst,
you don't worry about the little things,
what makes you mad and what stings,
look to the future for better days,
but live in the moment for better ways.

its a real eye opener when you stay in the now, I do it every day and its a great way to cut down on stress.
