Headlights burning on high beam
motoring in dark surroundings
wrinkled attire for affairs
high heels lie improperly on the floormat
the moonlight gleaming through the window
bouncing off her damp prosterior
taking a high road less traveled
destined to reach her destination
incalculable thoughts racing against time
she does not slow down, she keeps driving
visualizing the face of a lesser half
only for a millisecond before delirium settles in
maximum acceleration
gasps echo off the interior
a grimacing face, the embrace of impact
reality deceased through her tears
as her heart stops, she comes crashing down
consumed by fiery domain
