martyred, FEAR,

As i speak,
fatigue ran through me
in molten pulse of frustration
of blindness at such lucid exposition
they deliberately ignored in reckless glee of flinty obstinacy.

I stood and looked
at their faces,
how lofty! hard ones of a proud generation,
then my futile plea
for old reasons,
chanced on impaired ears of
a hardened heart.

Definitely i must pay for this
with price yet undefined,
may-be incarceration, stripes
or spittle on my person,
but who could have thought........

Then the din,
the mad gush of rush at me,
and blows that embrace with
torture beyond pain.

So eyes were opened to see
the supernal for a testimonial,
a must to rest my bones
on these sling stones.

I'm the mirage
 on the baked surface
of this dry pilgrimage,
very near but always ahead apace.

Hoof beats of horrible horses - distinct, that never materialize,
victimizing by clutching at instinct, to demoralize
a sanguine morale
exuding wary faith of perfect royale
from hope, expectations beyond the
lassitude of vicissitudes.

A dew, i am descended heavily
on the doubtful,
dampening, painting lucidly shrouded, crooked portrait of a beautiful, strait but less trodden path where
i am known to be FEAR.
