Luscious Silence

Passion slowly reaches for lighter notes
as language blooms with possibility,
there is a waltz on the tongue's excitement,
fashionable steps which move in rhythm
to the fast-paced beat of the spirit's cries.
Sweet moments are stretched like seconds of pain
though it's pleasurable swirls of romance,
love's flutters shriek fireworks as the heavens
explode into mystery's sharp tuned thoughts,
individual sections pause for breath.

Songs of independence gather the night
and roll stars into perfumed desire,
blue winks satisfy the heart's jagged pulse
as wonder kisses the smooth skin of dreams;
coloured fascination with abstract art.
On the fractured breeze voices of angels
twist musical personality's thighs
into bright ribbons of wild history,
and salted freedom bellows its purpose,
she unfastens divine intervention.

Instrumental shadows flicker in flames,
candlelight whispers delicate magic
as tiny speckles of performance spin
with quiet laughter and intense circles;
open doors of revolving perception.
Enthusiasm shimmers with toned verse
while the future's wide-eyed looks roam courage,
it's a blur of satisfaction that slips
across time's animated character,
wings of imagination spread pure bliss.

Seductive fingerprints twirl sparks of grace
while splendour's anticipation reflects
in the shivers of feathered melody,
relaxation screams a new universe
into existence as bodies tap tears.
Elation's rapid ripples of instinct
collapse in fervour's whittled perfection,
beautiful tempered notions tenderly
explore luscious silence as minds curl up
and delve into the realms of sleep's plucked ache.
