Lover's Touch

Gentle fingers move against mine.
A language of love only lover's know
teasing, making promises.
Quietly saying I have missed you.
A touch, dancing softly
to a rhythm unseen or heard.
Shy at first, eager at last.
Senses shout with joy
anticipation fulfilled.
Gentle fingers move against mine.
