Love's lonesome shores (Free Verse)

Along these shores
Of loneliness
Where lost loves
Never call
Memories like every
Wave
Just tumble as they fall
The sky is
Dark
The clouds are grey
The moon
As turned to blue
It's lost
Its warm and loving glow
That shone
For me and you
I see a new horizon
But
The journey seems so far
I dream
I see a distant light
A
Bright new shining star
I'm lost
In the land of lover's hope
Where lonely hearts
Abide
I'm hopeing for
A
Brighter moon
A
Far more loving tide
To lap
These shores of loneliness
And bring
You close to me
Then
Once again as the moon
Glows bright
Together we will be.
