Love is funny sometimes

Remember the woman I spoke of before
The love of my life whom I adore
Well it's Thanksgiving now and I feel it's time
That I wrote all about her in another rhyme

For that woman I speak of means the world to me
And what better way then to show it through poetry
For by saying certain words in just the right way
I might get her to smile which makes my day

For she always cheers me up when my mood is bad
She has this ability that I so wish I had
An ability I'd pay for if I had that choice
From bad mood to great through the sound of a voice

If I'm mad or I'm angry or sad and upset
Just hearing her voice hasn't failed me yet
I can listen for hours and hear every word
And what's best is she knows every word gets heard

And even better she listens to me as well
If I need her she's there, she just knows, she can tell
And knowing she hears every word that I say
It's a miracle she hasn't run away

With the way that I am through my OCD
I mean HELL - I drive me crazy
I can barely deal with me
And yet she does everyday willingly

I owe that woman everything
and for her I'd do anything
For I love her as much as anyone could
More than I thought I ever would

And everyday I wish I could be by her side
And everything to accomplish that goal I tried
But always when it came down to the moment
Something so stupid would always blow it

Like see you next month then spend five months in jail
Or be there in October but no I.D. - Fail
Long distance relationships are always so hard
And so lonely when the one you love is so far

Especially when your three thousand miles apart
It can make it so stressed upon the heart
When you want more then anything just to feel her touch
Her lips upon yours is that asking for much

And now I might possibly get probation
For possession of my doctor prescribed medication
I'd say nothing else could go wrong but I all ready fear
That I may now not see her for another year

For if probation means I can't leave the state
It means once again that we'd have to wait
And after waiting this long I'm sorry no way
But I will be seeing her before our birthday

For I can't wait anymore, I need her, Im greedy
I need this woman that's on my mind daily
And if worse comes to worse out of the state I will sneak
Disappear for a minimum of at least one week

For it's something I've been wanting
And I'm so tired of staying
In the wrong state waiting
In a city I've been debating
For months now just up and stating
To all I know that I am leaving
Then and there just disappearing
To see the woman whom I've been dreaming
So long about visiting
And I haven't stopped imagining
How much I'd be enjoying
Finally knowing
Just how satisfying
It would be to be there holding
The hands of the woman I've been loving
Looking
Into her eyes finally seeing
In person, her beauty - I'd begin shaking
For it would take all my power of resisting
To stop myself from Kissing
Her deeply till she was Moaning
With pleasure so Astounding
Unbelievably Satisfying
That I could not come to an understanding
Of why I was procrastinating
Why have I been hesitating
And not begun the travelling

That I began thinking
And starting hating
That stupid events kept happening
So stupid no point in exaggerrating
Randomly delaying
What for so long I'd been trying
Robbin and I's first meeting
Scary and yet so exciting
A moment everlasting
As we find outselves touching
For the first time hugging
Real life embracing
In person talking
That I would not find it surprising
If shortly after we again were dating
This time in person so if wondering
If things would seem confusing
She would see in my eyes the fire burning
My lust for her overwhelming
And she'd see that what I'd been saying
That I loved her more then anything
That never for a moment was I joking
And I'd see her walls once again crumbling
It'd be like before only a new beginning
For this time it's real - a whole new feeling
No longer long-distance experiencing
We could make love every night and every morning
Squeeze eachother so tight we stop breathing
Look into eachothers eyes Gleaming
As we go crazy on eachother lip Locking
Sweating
and Smiling

And fall back in love no worries no fear
And I'd let her know every day of the year

She's my absolute favorite female
And I love her if I Didn't make that clear
And though to some it may sound like a fairy tale
It's one I believe in and like to hear

And though I'd rather her tell me she loves me right now
For nothing could make me happier than to hear that aloud
Knowing her I'll have to wait till we meet
For when it comes to being stubborn she has everyone beat

And though I feel it crumbling she wont let it fall
For just like before she's stubborn, she stalls
And just like before she'll take her time with it all
The balls in her court and once again it's her call

And at that point when it comes we'll play it by ear
Either way we'll stay friends for year after year
For I'll trear her with respect, the way she deserves
For we Don't keep secrets so just watch and observe

Our honesty, friendship and love for eachother
Once together, will keep us together forever
