Love

I miss you
like the flowers miss the rain in the summer
like the naked branches miss the sun in the winter

I love you
Like a bee loves his hive
like a bird loves the nectar from the tree

I need you
like the earth needs the seasons
like humans need air

I cannot express in words
how much you mean to me
but with these few
I hope you can see
that my love runs deep
deeper than any sea
further than any star
