Louise, please don't give up, don't give them the power to destroy you!
You and who you choose to tell, truly know what you've been through!

I know you're stronger than you think right now.
So just tell me how to fix this, just tell me how?!

You've been through so much worse in life than this.
It just brings the past renewed, and up to the surface.

You constantly help others when they are down.
So I hate to see you upset and wearing a frown.

You are a good person, but you're just like me.
Your vision of yourself is tainted, it's not reality.

When you are down and feeling low, try your best, to do what I do.
Think from a different perspective, think about how others think of you!

You know in your heart that you're loved, yet you think you don't deserve it.
Well, I'm here to tell you that I love you, and I'm begging you not to quit!!!!!

So try to pick yourself up, and dust yourself off, and stand your ground!
Because I've found a friend in you, and I want you to always be around!

You can do this Louise, I know that you have the strength inside.
Don't let them win, stand your ground, and cast them to the side.

Their opinions aren't worth much, just ignorant words,for they are just blind.
They fail to see their own self worth, and so they try to mess with your mind.

You know that my brother took his own life, he thought no one would care.
I'm here to tell you, that's not true, life gets hard sometimes with all we bare.

You have many here that truly care, your presence would be missed dearly.
Don't let your loved ones go through, what it is that I'm experiencing yearly.

You are a beautiful person, to give in, that would be such a terrible waste.
So sleep on it, ask for someone's help, and never act in a hurry or in haste.

There are far too many here that would miss your beautiful soul.
So please let us find a way, to help you heal, leaving you whole.
