Lost Soul

Sometimes I feel so lost,
Confusion is clouding my eyes,
I feel so empty inside,
Yet my heart is full of sadness.

I cannot find my way through,
This maze of uncertainty seems infinite,
An endless web of worries,
It's slowly driving me insane.

Where is the path to fulfillment,
Love that I need is nowhere near,
My tears slowly fall,
Gathering into a stormy torrent.

I cannot win this war alone,
My heart calls out to you,
Help this misguided soul of mine,
To find the way to happiness.

Alas, there you are in the light,
You are calling me to you,
A smile shines from your beautiful mouth,
Your radiance is now my solace.
