Lost love lust

In distress are the minority of adult minds
a world like a rubix that has many sides
we find only love lacking in all these lies

lies to see
lies of please
lies of thieves
lies of ideas that spew so fast
 their filling the seas

lies that led us to lust
lust that left us emotionally lost
lost in a reality that is in an emotional loss
loss of the lesson from the man who died at the cross

a world collectively lost from the emotion that's haunting
a world collectively hurt and longing
a world collectively forgetting that of which it had when it was starting

a constant strain to remember who we are
a yearning for some place unknown that's far
a earthly reminder of the things we need in the the heart

love an unknowable known
to those of the lovable unknown
love the bond of life which in time life seems to unfold
love captures all ideas so bold
 the nature of love in these words I now hold
