Lonely Dream

You know I'm all alone now,
It's not so happy thing at all,
But tiny hope just live inside somehow
And I am kind of waiting for a call.

A call of something, I don't know,
It's more than hope, that's like a dream.
A dream of other life and other people, so
I wish that someday it won't be only a dream.

I feel like I'm new-era vampire,
I fight myself to get some strength.
I crave for going up on top just higher, higher, higher…
Suppose I should treasure things like faith.

It's dream and thirst and my obsession
And I can't  handle it, I actually can't.
It's haunting me, holy confession,
It looks like making fragile castles from dry sand.

Sometimes I think I'm Doctor Evil,
That acrimoniousness and bile run in my boiling poisoned blood.
It's coursing through my veins, I'm cruel,
Without a hope I'm drowning in flood.

But possibly that I just make it up,
An avalanche of thoughts  might roam in my mind
Or probably I got a drink of cup
Of devil's fatal venom thinking that creature to be kind.

Maybe the chances to come true my dream
Just fade away with every moment,
But I have hope that floating along the stream
Might help me find my way,
‘cause I don't want to bear torments.

It happened, I would say, abruptly.
That dream just got under my skin.
Since then sometimes I act a little abscent-mindly
Just hoping that destiny won't show me perfidious grin.

I'm all consumed, I'm literally on fire,
I got to chase my precious dream.
From time to time I want to hire
A sort of guide to stir my blood and spark up wild gleam.

Our world is like an ocean of debris,
It's hard to follow the desire.
Oh, God, please set our sinful souls free,
Although humanity got used to be a one big liar.

You can get over it, you can for sure –
It's such an easy phrase to say.
I need to get some will and lure
Luck into a cage and let it stay.

I wish, I long, I yearn with savage fury,
My dream is faint, I mean I want to add
Vitality in it. Don't think of me as desperate visionary,
That thought just drives me definitely mad.

You know my reverie is concealed
From curious eyes and stupid babble.
I'd even say dreams might get killed
By luring drink that makes me crazy rebel.

It's not just drink, that's more like toxic potion –
A potion of gossips, rumors, endless lies.
These things are always in a motion
And tears are poured in them when wounded person cries.

That's miracle, that's clear type of magic
Those tears just kind of purify the killing drink,
But that don't change the things, it's tragic:
An overdose of acid feelings intensifies with every blink.

That's why my cherished dream is locked,
It lives inside and warms my soul
And I don't want its life to get completely sucked
By poisonous liquor poured in the Satan's bowl.

It's currently like planted seed,
I try indulging it in growing.
In spite of obstacles I possibly will meet
I'm going to turn in into gorgeous rose with constant flowering.

A splendid rose with pure filling
That personificates my candid heart.
It needs in desperate defense, I'm feeling
Like different parasites are ready and about to start.

To start demolishing the lovely flower,
Just burn it down without regret
Or probably uproot in order to deprive of any power.
That won't even make them sad.

But being honest, there's no surprise,
A rose has obvious sex appeal, it's queen.
Don't have a doubt that the nature's wise,
This gentle flower can wound by thorn that's keen.

My innermost dream that got me heady,
Thinking of it, I feel like I'm on cloud nine.
Imagining it as a rose, I mean it's delicate like pretty lady
And glamorous and elegant like and expensive wine.

Oh, Dream, you're ghost pursuing me a long,
You're addictive, you're heartbreaking.
You're exuding the hypnotic smell, it's song
Of tempting music that is so breathtaking.

I promise I'll pursue you either
Like hunter's after wishful prey.
Nobody should give up, me neither,
I feel I'm going to find my way.
