Lol

I figure this world would have been a much more awkward place
If some wise man hadn't invented "LOL" to help us save face
We all are on a staple diet of online conversations
Without "LOL" there would be a lot of annoying situations
Seriously, I mean what would people say?
When the other person is bullshitting away
Or when conversation is not going their way
The joke is on them and they don't know what to say
When your boss is a "Royal *ss" as usually is the case
And he keeps messaging crude, stupid jokes all in bad taste
You don't need to think about what to say
Tap the keyboard three times and "LOL" away
That super hot chick you want to date
Makes dumb lame jokes that you really hate
What you really think, you just can't say
Tap the keyboard three times and "LOL" away
A long hard day in office, at night girlfriend wants to chat
And you are exhausted  enough to fall on your face flat
Can't keep your eyes open? It's all a mayhem?
Just keep replying "LOL"  every now and then
Every hundred times I use it, only once or twice I actually laugh
Yet still " LOL" has become the most trusted member of  my vocab staff
