Let Freedom Ring (Independence Day) First to write for my challenge who will be next?

I see the flags waving high up in the sky.
I hear the song ringing in my ear............

That I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

The tears run down my face,
As I think of all the sacrifices that were made for me.
And not just me but for our entire country.

It is more than just a day of eating and fireworks.
Although, i enjoy that too.
But when I think of what we are celebratiing,
I say a prayer for the men and women who are still
fighting for freedom.

So let freedom ring loud enough for the world to hear it.
