Laughter and Smiles

So tell me this
which is better a smile or a laugh?
Can a smile change my whole day?
Is laughter able to cheer me up? Always?
Can you have one without the other?
Ahh...so there is the riddle right before
my very eyes.
Her smile always brightens my day and
her laughter carries me through.
I smile as I think of the joy she brings
when she enters a room.
Life and light radiate from her.
Distance means nothing to me though
she is in a far away land.
I smile as I see her clearly in my mind.
A wonderful gift to have her as a friend.
So which is better?
Why both together of course especially
when they belong to you my friend!
Smile and laugh often. Of course you do!
