Laughter

Like an effervescent
laughters overflow with joy and spirit
in that joy is peace
in that peace is tranquil
in tranquil is strength
in strength is soul
in soul is zeal
in zeal, a rare push
to pour out from inside
expressing; exuding
an inner power
of a good spirit
and a healthy body
of a true force
and a wealthy mind
a sweet excercise
joyful; bashful
with a trigger of something
so sudden; so unexpected
so thoughtful; so abstract
a laugther is birth
and happy emotions set
through reflex and zeal
and through will and keen
it is expressed!

David Abraham

Here, an opportunity to say a big THANK YOU to ALMIGHTY GOD for giving me the gift of poetry, it is indeed a beautiful thing especially the positive energy of expression and the passion. I discovered my gift of writing and poetry quite early but only much later in my life did I start to put it to use. I was quite active in the old poetry.com and won one poetic pin, several poetic accolades and one of the poets of the year in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. Presently, am writing my second unpublished inspirational book and also putting together a poetic book due to be published later in the year. email address: mypoeticcareer@yahoo.com.
