Last Phase of the New Moon

I once had a boss who was blind.
She chain-smoked Sherman's Cigarillos.
One time I had to live in a rented house with her and 10 others.
I saw her stepping into the shower with one lit.
She emerged soaking wet but was still smoking her Cigarillo.
Her visual impairment never caused any trouble
Except when some smart dude would do something adolescent just because
He knew she couldn't see the gesture, but somehow she must've known all along
About her moron subordinate because when it came time
For personnel evals she pretended not to see any good things
In his personnel records.
Later she had a lung removed.
