Last Embrace

You're screaming so calmly.
You're heart is bleeding, but it's killing me.
There are one million things
That I want to say,
But this beautiful moment should
Never be ruined.

I'm holding you tightly
So let our love be fluid.
My heart races to and fro;
It's hard to breathe and you can see
That I won't let go.

Drift away, drift away,
But don't flow too far.
Because there is a way,
There is a way,
For you to stay in my heart.

I can see my soul
Leaping toward the sky,
To know of your joy
Is all that I can cry.
It's all that I wish and
All that I need,
Even if we weren't meant to be.
There is nothing more that I know to be true,
I will always remember the days of our youth,
And I will always have love for you.

I get my inspiration randomly. There are literally one million things, if not more, that can create a spark in the back of my mind. When this happens I can write pretty much about anything, happy or sad. more…
