Know No Fear

Should we be scared, or afraid of the end, That all Depends, on
where eternity you will spend,
If you say You don't know, let me say one thing, Put your trust in Jesus, blessed assurance that will bring,
Assurance of Your salvation, that you will never lose, Then satan's head, Christ's heel will bruise,
You alone are no match For the devil, he will win every time, He will lead you To sin, whether it is drugs or even crime,
For without Jesus, ruling in your heart, You will be defeated, before You even start,
For it is written, "greater is he that Is in me than he that is in the world", Without jesus In us, to and fro we will be hurled,
So is it all hopeless, without the lord's grace, Yes, my friend, you Are not even in the race,
My heart goes out to you, if You have not made a choice, I pray for all to hear, That still small voice,
So don't you think that you, Will never ever sin, You will still have a fight, but
With Jesus you will win,
But don't make excuses, and Tread upon the Spirit, Because after a while, you will No longer hear it,
Do not misunderstand, and be like Me, Thinking that Jesus, has set us free, Free to Behave, any way you choose, For very soon fellowship,With him you will lose,
Just so you will know, Jesus did set us free, Free to be the best, we can possibly be.

Troy Kaneer

I have been writing for about 20 years. Found I could rhyme a little and still say something. Was led to use this for the Glory of God and His Son my Saviour. I do write some personal poems but it seems that God gets in those too. It is appropriate though because He is my life. more…
