Just Like Me?

Black colour adorned her nails
Dark hair upon her shoulders
No one really knew the details
A twisted mind off the rails

So many judged her far too quick
“She cuts herself” they say
Is there any truth in it?

Surrounded by a presence of darkness and evil
Judged so easily based on her appearance
Is there something wrong with her?
Does she need help?
Or does she just need a friend?
Volunteers anyone?

Black colour adorned her nails
Straight dark hair fell upon her shoulders
No one really knew the details
A twisted mind this girl had

Scary as can be
She was just like us
Normal as can be
Just like me ?
