Judgement day

Seams of time entwining souls in dawn,

Darkness and fear long gone,

Sun of judgment rose up the horizon

Dawning to a new morn.

Young and old scatter around in chaos,

Hoping the heavens to smite,

Thunder and lightning merge the realms,

Leaving no doubt it is on…

Suddenly there is a gentle baby sun,

His rays a mere caress,

Making us believe in our maker's kindness,

Beneath his wings we rest…

All the sins of our gory past,

Washed away in that instant,

His love shines through our parched souls,

And the rest given rest.
