Journey Through Now
I've thought that youth is forever
And beauty will never fade away
I wanted to believe that present is everything I have
And that I'll live this moment again and again.
I've thought that my skin will always be soft
And that I'll have a glowing smile
I've never thought that one day you won't be here
And that I'll be surrounded by ghosts.
I imagined that tomorrow will never come
And that I can always do what I planned
I've thought that nothing will change
And that you'll always be on my side.
I've never thought that today is just a memory among others
And that I'll never live this moment again
I've thought that beauty is my strength
And youth is my pride.
But I know that this moment is mine
And no one will take my joy away
I'm here and I have no regrets
For living my way.
