Internal Battle

Inside a war is waging.
A gentle, helpful grace.
The frightened and confused,
And an angry, vengeful, dark hatered.

The battle is constant yet dark hatered
usually wins the day, morning, most nights
Point made, but is evil stronger than good?
I'm being torn apart from the inside out.

I'm a veteran and no one has ever taught me
battle tactics for what lies unseen inside.
My grace so gentle cannot withstand
an all out dark hatered.

Fear and confusion appear when there is no reason for hate.
So daily I fight and unseen enemy,
And I'm afraid in this battle, I will most certainly lose.
