If indeed there is a god
© 2014 Roland Ediare 2605-13513151825
Many have been in captive,
Many are yet to know freedom.
Many have been set free,
Many fantasize freedom.
Many think they are free
Plighted to wishes of a few men.
Whether they know it or not
Expended blood of many,
Freedoms taken for granted
Generations enslaved endless.
The Jews, the Blacks, now the whole world.
A new slavery exists for sure.
Enslaved to religious franchises
Devoid of the power therein.
Enslaved to the god of mammon
Borrowing to look successful.
Enslaved to humanism, self-god
Putting in the backsit, the divine God.
Enslaved to falsehood to achieve
Conning, scheming and scamming.
Too insecure to accept self
Enslaved to success by greed
By which all men in power die.
Sacrificing lives and destinies
For their name, fame and shame.
Making calls reserved for God.
If there be a God as many wonder,
If there be a God as history portrays,
If there be a God as we cannot deny,
If the be a God as I sincerely believe,
Then judgment is on the train home
The one call only God himself makes.
