If I Live One Thousand Years

If I slay one thousand deers, if I rope one thousand steers,
if I strike one thousand peers, if I throw one thousand spears,
you'd still be on my front and in my hunt.

If I cry one thousand tears, if I quell one thousand fears,
if I orb one thousand spheres, if I change one thousand gears,
you'd still be in my page and on my stage.

If I give one thousand leers, if I taunt one thousand jeers,
if I slur one thousand smears, if I smirk one thousand sneers,
you'd still be in my quips and on my lips.

If I live one thousand years, if I climb one thousand tiers,
if I down one thousand beers, if I toast one thousand cheers,
you'd still be on my chart and in my heart.
