I'm used to the fall

I have no room to talk
I have no words to say
I'm all out of breath
I am in pain

I am glued to this seat
Watching our love break at my feet
Debating if I should grab the dust pan
And clean the debris
What does it matter?
I'll be here next week

I want what I can't have
I'm chasing a dream
That's all I've ever had

All I've ever wanted
Was to not sound so heart broken
To not be miserable at best
To clean up the disaster that's inside my chest

You were everything while I felt like nothing
The epitome of hate
It now feels like something

I'm not the type to stay on the floor
I usually stand up, and even the score
I cannot do this when my love is the enemy
I'll let you win; just please forgive me

I'll give you everything
When I'll still lose it all
I feel nothing
I'm used to the fall

When I receive a message
You run through my mind
I don't know what to do with myself
You leave me paralyzed

You were the beauty
And I was the beast
It was wrong to be together
But that didn't stop me

Again and again I will continue to try
I will always love you; even when I die
Your beauty is what reflects inside of my soul
My heart is profound for you on its very own

I try to stand out so I'm the one who you see
But when I have your attention you turn and just flee

I am a loser why did you give me your time? You are the one I see when I start to go blind

All I want is to finally be heard
For my words to be understood without sounding absurd

I know what I do can leave your mind in a blur
I'm sorry for bothering you but I am concerned

Who am I to be jealous when I know you'll stay true? I blame my past, but that's a pathetic excuse
I know my words are sounding boring and old
But I can't get through to you without changing my tone

What is the part of me that makes me tic?
It's the thought of losing you that makes me sick

Where were you when I felt alone?
You were far to busy, you couldn't reach for the phone

I'm not saying that you no longer care
You know what I feel; death and despair
Why must you go and be this way? I already know the words you will not say

I love you with my whole damned heart
Never will that change for I am too far
I cannot dig myself out of this hole
I've fallen to hard and I'm down here alone

Although my heart is broken
And that won't ever change
I'll love you forever with each piece that remains
Always you will find me
Right here; the same
If you ever need me
Just call my name
