I'm Like The Moth

Do you really want to live forever anyway?
Time is surely precious
But only because we're limited

There's a moth in the kitchen
And as you only think to kill it
There goes the sanctity of life

With everything you set to do
It goes the way He wants it to
But are you sure?

Our winged friend's only got a week here
And you think you're more important? Why?
Nothing's that simple

Sometimes I feel like I'm the moth
Victimized without reason
And certainly limited

You don't think I know about life?
I can assure you,
I do enough to appreciate it

So please,
Don't try to detain my thoughts
They're just as precious as the time
