I Still Do (Trois par Huit)

Trois par Huit A style of poetry in which a poem consisting of 8 lines follows a syllable count of 3,6,9,12,12,9,6,3. The title must be last line of the poem and also incorporate the theme or subject of it as well. The lines follow a 3,2,3 pattern

Long ago,
I knew I loved you so
Waiting to begin my life with you

And in an instant twenty years just quickly flew
Faith and love were tested by events we lived through

Had I seen the future...if I knew...
would I have yet loved you?
I still do
