I Miss You..

It's been so long since I seen you
Maybe 50 plus years or more
We  were in a hurry to be right here,
right here, where we are today.
All grown up..

Little did we know, it was no rush,
No rush at all, to get where we are today.
We're old and gray oh, how I
wish for yesteryears..

I miss you and I miss the days we use to play
We didn't have a care in the world.
You were my one and only friend
I wish that you were here

I often think of how you're doing
