I Made It

Tynet Hayes

School goes for 12 long years
In between those 12, I shedded a lot of tears
My heart was so big I gave my lucky days away
Now I am arriving and I have to delay
I missed my prom and real graduation
And deep down inside I don't feel appreciated
My soul told me everyday to keep trying
And I did
That is why I can proudly say...
I Made It!
