I Have a Great Grand Daughter

I did not expect to live to see
generations behind me
now there are three
my son has a son
he has a little one
I am blessed beyond measure
to have such a treasure

I have a great grand daughter
I've got pictures ... I oughta
I'll pen you up and make you see
beauty ... she's beautiful to me
She was in a hurry and came ... premature
but she grows and prospers thanks to nature
I might learn a new phrase
but for right now ... her parents
get nothing but praise
they're her parents
