I Hate March (and february)

March (and february) are the most hated.
For they have no heat nor sun nor blue.
Just snow and cold winds without sports.
It is the vast wasteland of grey misery.

I hate March (and february) blech on both.
No football. No baseball. No green leaves.
No bare feet. No nothin' but goosebumps.
March comes in like a lion (after february),
which was a friggin' lizard with ice breath.
And what's on tv but friggin' redneck nascar.

I hate cold-feb feet and cold-mar hands.
Why did God create March (and february)?
Torture all gardeners? Payback all golfers?

The cruelest months are these fair lady.
Ides of March and Valentines of Ice.
Brrrrrrr-right sun sky cannot be far away.
I think. I hope. I pray.
