I do feel I believe

Me was told about believe
that the bible has written down
about love in the ancient past

Then in school they taught me
 of believers fighting for peace
killing in the name of God

Abusing his name for own gain
 and how they got away
 with this sanctimoniously behaving

 What I learned  of believe
 that it's like beauty
in the heart of the beholder

No one can see how I believe
and often they just fill it in
 out  of own perspective

Nobody asks me how I feel this
but when I say I visit church
I see and hear the judgement

 In their attitude and voice
 their look avoiding my eyes
 feeling the distance between us

Even if I had some good talks
but when they hear the word church
 everything seems different

I did not change in anything
 only was sincere about
 something that matters to me

But when you add to that a literate tongue or pen than you have something very special. - Nelson Mandela - ******************************** I am from the land of tulips and mills. Writing is a need like eating and sleeping. I think we are all wondrous creatures who deserve to love ourselves and live in freedom. I like to participate in cases which can make a difference for myself, my surroundings and the earth. My wish: humanity in a non-dualistic society. more…
