Hypocrisy Of The Symbol

A life intentionally framed within an untrue thought
is one most often flawed and then flayed by shame
once the mind clears itself of the unrighteous guilts
carved upon it by beguiled family, friends, and peers.

This shame of acceptance within the sphere of a lifetime
is rapt with intensity and sorrowing sobs of waste
and it is left paralyzed in the fear of becoming true
to a living and loved lifestyle planned by one so chaste.

In the trapped and tortured souls who realize a deception
rests the true child of human origin; one soul so blessed
that social and cultural norms and orders are forced as
parasites to feed upon that life straining to truly live.

And alone that new mind must be; away from and without
the previous honed, ingrained, inturned thoughted beast
which seeks to drown the living thoughts shining therein
in the utter hypocrisy of the symbol worn upon her chest.
