Hurricane fortune

Watershed court,
a street, with no outlet
my beloved residence,
full of townhouses.
In two thousand three,
moved to town house 8643.
Until Isabel hit my face,
the hurricane I guess.
The next day I changed my place,
to dwell in town house 8638.
after one year,
huricane Katrina forced me out,
to live to the next door 8641.
In three years three places,
in one location doing circles.
What would be the next hurricane?
I hope it would be hurricane Fortune.
