Hold On

I'm falling off a cliff
and i cant seem to get a grip
i look down
i begin to drown
in my tears
for i see my fears
how do you hold on to a cliff?
if things could change, only if
im done hanging on
im going to let myself drop
its so hard to be looked upon and be forgot
and know that things are going downhill
i look down again and i see the water so still
ready to catch me if i fall
maybe it doesnt matter after all
now i realize i can let go
now i know
