Hidden Love

My love for you is not known,
It is not shown.
I hide it in fear that you will not want to hear,
Hear that when you smile you make my heart leap with joy,
Hear that when I'm upset you are one of the few that can truly make me smile.
I hide it in fear that if I come near,
What we have right now, as friends,
Will disappear.
