help eagle's nest

this poem is about a wildlife animal hospital (eagle's nest) where i help out
Help Eagle's Nest. 10/3/13

Help is always needed at eagles nest animal hospital
to aid the sick and injured with scale, fur and feather
donations are welcome by money and physical work
so Harry and his volunteers can keep it all together

With the speeding drivers there's always hurt animals
they need to recover with plenty of comfort and care
the creatures do have feelings and emotions like us
and seeing selfish people not caring is so, so unfair

Sometimes the animals don't make it to continue life
but at least they died within Harry's loving caring hands
and the survivors are treated for their many wounds
until healthy to go back to wander free in their lands

The animals are not always victims of speedin' cars
as they can be also sick from poisons and the pollution
or they may have been attacked by domestic animals
but Harry's always there, hopefully to find a solution

Now it's time to that we can help more from our hearts
by volunteering our hands ‘n' giving financial assistance
to get the creatures back into the bush where they belong
so they can once again walk, fly, sing and happily dance
