Healthy heart; hearthy mind

If you have healthy heart; will have a healthy mind
To keep it healthy; need a healthy body; keep in mind
It becomes triangle; keep them in right position; and line
Give equal time and importance; so they may intertwine

To keep your body fit; your eating habits must be defined
Take right food; in right quantity to balance out your mind
To burn out extra fat do regular exercise at right place & time
If these are being done; at right place your health you find

Moreover regular check ups are necessary; irregularity to find
There is any irregularity; go with prescribed medicine to decline
Keep the triangle on right degree; these devices to intertwine
Is necessary to keep healthy heart and mind; to get not to malign

Unless; your body is healthy; can't keep your heart fine
As heart is not healthy; can't do contemplation in mind
When body is not healthy; heart and mind can't intertwine
As you break the cycle of requirement; you are maligned

Health wise body is interlinked; any alternate can't you find
human body is a machine need cleaning service to keep it fine
It has delicate parts; take care prior any sign of sickness begin
It looks simple; but complicated; take care; then don't complain
