Health vs. Vainity

Health is such a great excuse for vanity which I believe to be a disease.

I constantly pinch my stoumach to check for fat.
I'm on the scale every morning and before bed.
I count the calories for everything I eat.
And I stare at myself shirtless in the mirror.

On the bright side...
I get regular exersize.
My weight is healthy
I eat healthy.
My body will not hold me back from doing anything I may want to do.

But my mind might.
Vanity is holding me back.
