He Save Me

Save Me

I was out in the streets doing drugs
With a family at home and friends who showed no love
Smoking weed, drinking Hennessy, doing thing that wasn't right for me
I was flunking school; didn't go by the rules
And all the teachers said I was a big fool
I was disrespect to the ladies and even worse to my mother
Having unprotected sex and not wearing a rubber
I never knew what love meant; I barely prayed or thought about a repent
Really on the devil playground and didn't give a s***
Till one day everything turned against me
It was the worse pain and before I knew it I was on my knees
See to make a long story short all that dirt came back on me
And I couldn't stand the agony
I asked for forgiveness for my past
While the devil laughed; he said you in my world now Jesus can't save you
Then I cried to the heaven hoping Jesus see me through
I said I give my all Father please take me as I am
Here I stand; with my heart and soul in my hand
With a body full of sin; forgive me once again
Please take me as I am
I can't cry no more Father; I'm hurt and in all pain
Please take all of this away
The tears are starting to fade
The pain is going away; a voice said unto me; lift your head high today
I lift my head and seen Jesus
He had broke every chain
He looked me in the eyes
With a big ole smile he said you are free my African slave
He disappeared and said now you are Saved!!!
