Hang On A Little Longer (Utah Miners, August, 2007)

Soon you'll feel the warmth of sunshine.
Soon you'll glimpse an open sky.
Hang on a little longer. This is not your time to die.

Soon you'll know the heed of strangers.
Soon you'll see you're not alone.
Hang on a little longer. This is not the time to groan.

Soon you'll smell the scent of flowers.
Soon you'll pluck a cheery tree.
Hang on a little longer. This is not the time to flee.

Soon you'll hear the voice of loved ones.
Soon you'll taste a comfort food.
Hang on a little longer. This is not the time to brood.

Soon you'll thank the second chances.
Soon you'll laud the days ahead.
Hang on a little longer. This is not the time to dread.

Soon you'll prize the thrill of freedom.
Soon you'll draw in fresher air.
Hang on a little longer. This is not time for despair.
