Gulliver Desires

Bound!
All my painting!
Tied by Lilliputians
Forging strings so tempting.
Dependent intravenus feeding!
Don't show me Van Gogh's Starry Night
And ask for variations!
I pray for nights without the stars,
Dark in docile dew and dampness.
A place for psychodelic fungi,
Space for mixing anger on my pallette
And painting bugs and spider trappings
Like a patron's woven webbing
Closing off my sky.
But,not my inner eye,
Locked in water color tin,
Waits my call for action when
Courage sets me free to hunger
