Grant an Ant a Chance!

As true as it just may be,
That even a little tiny flower,
Might appear high above me
Like a big old giant tower,
I'm still nice and friendly,
So grant an ant a chance!

Just give me even the smallest quickest glance,
When you pass by so close going through my grass,
Before you crush me with your thoughtless dance!
Oh, and don't you even think about that magnifying glass!

Just grant an ant a little chance!

Think about my family beneath these trees,
Or about my surely soon-to-be romance
With the Queen-what lovely possibilities!
You know I will not change my stance!

Please, my friend, try to understand,
And grant an ant another chance!
